UCO Foundation Launches Relief Fund

The global pandemic continues to impact Central students. Many of our students work one or more jobs that no longer exist because of closures in the community. This is devastating their incomes at a time when their families are facing financial challenges as well.

Emergency funds are needed to help students who have lost their jobs or who are facing other unexpected financial hardships due to the pandemic. Read moving testimonials from students who have received funds here.

Billy Washington

Student Spotlight

UCO freshman Billy Washington is pursuing a degree in early childhood education with a minor in dance. At UCO, Billy is already becoming a leader by establishing a student dance club his first year as a student. Last fall, Billy was in danger of not being able to reenroll in classes, but assistance from one of the UCO Foundation's unrestricted scholarship funds helped him return to UCO for a second semester.

"Without that scholarship, I wouldn't be here today. It definitely changed my life!"
