Chili's Grill and Bar Fundraising Event for #SaveOldNorth
Edmond Chili's Grill and Bar Manager Andrew Scheffe is no stranger to UCO. Not only has he taken accounting classes here, but his mother, Michelle Scheffe got her master's degree here and he is also the nephew of former College of Business Dean Dr. Mike Shirley.
So when he saw an opportunity to give back, he jumped at the chance.
"Old North is a focal point on UCO's campus," said Scheffe.
"We moved here when I was six and I remember watching fireworks on campus and all the sporting events. We wanted to team up with the university and give back to the place that has already given so much to this community."
The Chili's Grill and Bar Fundraising Night will take place from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Wednesday, May 28 at the Midwest City, Quail Springs, NW Expressway and Edmond locations.
Ten percent of any purchase, including take out orders, will benefit the university's fundraising efforts to reopen Old North on the UCO campus.
