The UCO Foundation takes great care in making sure our donors' gifts make a difference exactly where they want it to. To that end, the Foundation has processes and policies in place which ensure the responsible use of out donors' contributions.
The Foundation Investment Policy, implemented by the Foundation Investment Committee, sets forth a set of investment guidelines intent on maximizing the personal investment each of our donors put in our students.
The Foundation rates its own risk tolerance as moderately conservative. Our portfolio is managed in a manner that seeks to minimize principle fluctuations over the established horizon and is consistent with our stated objectives. The Foundation also fully endorses the Donor Bill of Rights, an internationally recognized document representing the highest of standards and practices for philanthropic organizations.
